Baby Half Off

Baby Half Off is a website similar to that of babysteals.com and kidsteals.com. They post a "Today's Deal" each day and it's usually at least 50% off. The items range from newborn to toddler and even some deals for mom or dad. I have purchased Envirosax, sun hats, shoes, hair accessories and more!

Shipping to Canada is usually reasonable and you'll know the cost of shipping before you confirm your order. I have never had to pay any duty on any orders!

Love this site!!

Please Mum

Please Mum has never really been my favourite store, but I do love their winter jackets & snowpants and also their swimsuits with UV protection in them. Every year, I buy the next year's coat and pants when they go on sale. I do believe that my daughter is all set until she's 4 and my son is all set until he's 3! The Deep Winter Parka is made out of nicest material and the inside is nice and warm. I love them! They are normally about $70-$80, but I purchased them for $21 during their Boxing Day sale (online).

I received an email yesterday promoting their clearance. It is $4.99 and under for selected styles. Well, I went onto their website and there was hardly anything for $4.99 and pretty much nothing under that. Something else I noticed was that they still have summer items from LAST YEAR and they are still expensive!! I think it's time to start blowing those out really cheap!

They have an extra 15% off right now when you spend at least $60. Use code SAVESYOU15. This is for a limited time only.

One other thing I'd like to mention is that up until recently, they had FREE SHIPPING on anything you purchased online. I noticed yesterday when I was on their site that it's now free for orders $50 and over, otherwise it's a flat rate of $5. Not too bad, but the free shipping was one of the reasons I purchased from them.

The Children's Place

Just a quick note that The Children's Place will have their Canadian online shopping site up and ready sometime in March of this year. The Children's Place is one of my favourite stores to shop for my kids because the quality is great and they always have fantastic sales! I love getting the survey option at the bottom of the receipt. If you do the survey you get 15% off your next purchase. I hope they offer some great sales and cheap shipping when they do get the site up and running. So exciting!!

Old Navy Canada!!

I was so darn excited when Old Navy started their Canadian online shopping site back in August 2010 (I believe). I immediately took advantage of their sign-up offer and free shipping for orders over $50. If you haven't signed up to receive emails, head to their website and near the bottom of the page you will find "Sign Up & Save" and just fill in your email. You will then fill in some other info and then check your email. Pretty much right away you will find your $10 off $50 coupon code. Pair that with free shipping and it's a GREAT deal! I love Old Navy clothes for my kids, especially for my daughter. My son has an upcoming wardrode of many Old Navy items. I can't wait to see him in all those things I purchased ahead of time!

Right now, you can get an extra 15% off all clearance items. Use code ONCANADA15 when checking out. This promotion runs until midnight tonight, January 26th, 2011. I purchased a ton of items at amazing prices! I got some long sleeved shirts for just over $2 for both kids and a pair of jeans for $5 for my son. I even purchased a couple t-shirts for myself for under $5!

I find that it does take a little while to receive an order, up to 2 weeks normally. I live in BC and I believe the orders are shipped from Ontario. Not a big deal. I love the free shipping for orders $50 and over, so I am not complaining at all!!

Happy shopping!

Sorry!

Well it's been way too long since I last posted. Right around the time I stopped, I was planning my daughter's 1st birthday and I had to go back to work shortly after. So here I am, a year and a bit later...oh, and another baby later! My daughter is 2 and my son is 4 months old now. It's nice having another little person to shop for! I remember when I was about to find out the sex of the baby (while pregnant, of course!) and I was saying that either I was going to get to enjoy all the adorable clothes I used for my daughter OR I was going to have a reason to shop all over again for little blue clothes! Right after I found out I was having a boy, I headed straight for the mall and bought him a little blue sweater.

So, I have continued to shop online for great deals and I will continue to share them with everyone, and I'll also share any great deals I find in stores. Enjoy!!

Kidsteals.com

If you've grown to love babysteals.com, then you'll love kidsteals.com as well! I have already made a purchase from them. Actually, it may have been the first item they had for sale! Just like Baby Steals, Kid Steals has one item for sale each day and it starts at 8am. These items are generally for ages 2 and up. You have to check right at 8am in order to get in on the really great deals!

Today, Hautelook has BabyLegs on sale. They are super cute and super comfy!! Also, Chase 'n Sky Hawaii is on sale as well. This was the first item that I had purchased off Hautelook and the outfit is totally cute and unique. I wouldn't have been able to find anything like it in any of our local stores. Shipping is just $4.95 this weekend, so it's definitely a great time to check out was Hautelook has to offer. You must register on Hautelook.com before you can see what is available. Oliver's Labels vs. Mabel's Labels

I've ordered both Oliver's Labels and Mabel's Labels and I just wanted to post my opinion on the 2.

Mabel's Labels have pretty basic designs, but they offer lots of icon options to add to the labels. They do offer free shipping in Canada. When I was doing my research on them, their stick on clothing labels, called Tag-Mates™, got the best reviews. I wasn't blown away by them, but I know that they are a good, functional product. I quite liked the Bag Tags that I received in the package I ordered.

Oliver's Labels are much nicer to look at. They offer lots of really cute designs and they are really colourful! When I received my order, I instantly wanted to place another order. There are so many designs to choose from, I'll definitely purchase one of their packages in order to pick different designs. While doing my research, Oliver's Labels Shoe Labels got great reviews. Also, Oliver's Labels offers the Found-it™ tracking system.

So, which one did I prefer? Definitely Oliver's Labels because they are so darn cute and I love the cute and colourful labels.

Robeez at Softmoc.com

There are a lot of Robeez shoes on sale at Softmoc.com. Usually you can even find another 15% of coupon code if you do an online search. This is wear I usually purchase Robeez shoes and you can have them shipped directly to you for a small fee or you can have them shipped to your local Softmoc store and pick them up for no charge!

Oliver's Labels

I received my order from Oliver's Labels and the labels are sooooo cute! They are light pink, green, blue, peach, dark pink and they have little animals on them along with the name. Totally adorable!

Oliver's Labels

Since I am returning to work and my daughter is going into daycare, I need to label everything that I will be sending along with her. I just can't afford to be purchasing things twice!

I came across a Canadian company, Oliver's Labels, that you can order personalized labels, iron-on labels, bag tags, shoe labels, etc. On some labels, there is even a tracking system, "Found It," so that if an item does get lost, the person who found it can go onto the website and enter the information and then Oliver's Labels sends a notification email out to your address. This would be extremely helpful for parents of school children.

I ordered 100 of their Mini Labels, which are made of a high performance vinyl and are weather-proof, waterproof, tear-resistant, scuff-proof, etc. I put the order in with Oliver's Labels late yesterday afternoon and I got an email a short time ago saying that it had already been shipped! Impressive! Also, the shipping charges were only $1.50, but if you spend $30 or more, shipping is free.

I'll be sure to post a review as soon as I receive them, in the meantime, be sure to check out all that Oliver's Labels has to offer!!
